Proper Update Coming Soon

I know I am long overdue for an update.  My "plan" for when I got back took an unexpected turn, but it's all been good.  I've been busy getting settled and working.  Yes, I am working, but not in pastry YET.  I am back working at the company I worked for prior to London.  I am also looking for a part-time pastry job to get some experience.  More details and pictures to come. . . I still want to post pictures from my last trip in Europe.
